Dieses Album ist der Berfreiungsschlag aus der trägen Ohnmacht des Jahres 2020. Seit dem Release unseres ersten Albums "quite open" arbeiten wir schon an unserem zweiten Konzeptalbum "ropes", welches hiermit als für dieses Jahr angekündigt gelten darf! Trotzdem ließ mich das Gefühl nicht los, mehr machen zu können/wollen. Also schnappte ich mir ein paar Songs, ein Mikrofon und meinen Laptop und verkroch mich allein in den Proberaum. Bis auf das Mastering wurde alles mit Open Source Software und Budgedequiptment aufgenommen und verarbeitet, das bei mir oder Freunden herumlag (danke Nils). Das war wichtig, weil dieses Album zeigen soll, dass Musik nicht nur von schillernden Produktionen lebt, sondern in erster Linie von Songs. Ich hoffe, der ein oder andere Song dieser Platte, findet den Weg in Dein Ohr und gibt Dir vielleicht etwas, das Du gebrauchen kannst.
